Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission files are in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word format.
  • The template available on the AESLA website has been followed.
    NOTICE: Proposals that do not adhere to this template will not be considered.
  • It has been indicated whether the proposal is submitted for evaluation as an oral presentation, poster, or round table.
  • The abstract includes the title of the communication, objectives, methodology, results and conclusions of the study.
  • A maximum of 5 key words are included.
  • The text is single spaced and has 12 point Times New Roman font. The abstract does not exceed 400 words (references, in APA style, are not counted).
  • A version without personal data, following the template provided on the AESLA website ("AESLA proposal template"), has been included for blind peer review.
  • The title has been placed at the top and center of the page where the text begins, using 14-point Times New Roman font. Only the first letter of the first word and all other significant words (nouns, adjectives, verbs, and adverbs), as well as proper nouns, have been capitalized. A period after titles has not been used.
  • In the case of posters, the characteristics are as follows: portrait orientation and A3 size (29.7 x 42 cm).

Author Guidelines

The proposal will be submitted without personal data, following the template provided on the AESLA website ('AESLA proposal template') for blind peer review. Files must be in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word format. Authors should indicate whether they are submitting a proposal to be evaluated as an oral presentation, poster, or round table. The abstract must include the title of the presentation and should clearly state the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the study. The text must be written in single spacing and 12-point Times New Roman font. The abstract should not exceed 400 words (excluding references, in APA style). A maximum of five keywords will be included.

Propuestas revistas Portalinguarum

TEMA DE LA PUBLICACIÓN:  «La adquisición y enseñanza de lenguas en contextos de variación y cambio lingüístico».

Los artículos se publicarán en números independientes, no en un volumen monográfico.

Envío de propuestas: desde el 12 de mayo al 30 de junio. 

Para participar con un artículo a la revista Portalinguarum, los autores deben utilizar la plantilla de la revista (https://revistaseug.ugr.es/index.php/portalin/about/submissions). El proceso de recepción de artículos se realizará primero por parte del comité del congreso y, si los artículos son admitidos, se pasarán a gestionar por parte de la revista.

Volumen monográfico

Publicación en un volumen monográfico sobre: Lengua, variación e identidad: dinámicas lingüísticas y representación social. Estudios desde la lingüística aplicada. Editorial Comares (pendiente de confirmar).

El envío se realizará en un documento de texto (Word) con una extensión 15 páginas (6000 palabras aproximadamente). Tamaño de letra Times New Roman o similar tamaño 12. Interlineado 1,5p. 

Las normas de edición se enviarán a los autores si se acepta su publicación. 

RECORDATORIO:

La participación en el congreso no implica obligatoriamente la aceptación para la publicación en la revista o en el volumen monográfico. Todos los envíos serán revisados previamente por el comité científico del congreso y, posteriormente, serán revisados por pares.
